1. Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Anvil Automation. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the value of the goods purchased exclusive of any shipping costs.


2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • Timing: You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Returns Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to 317 Collier Road, Bassendean, WA 6054. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at enquiries@anvilgroup.com.au with photos of the damage.
